Is this suitable for sensitive skin?

This is the one of our three formulated without fragrance. No Parfum, and none of the declared fragrance allergens — no geraniol, citronellol, linalool or citral. Twenty-four ingredients, all of them listed on this page. We can't tell you how your skin will respond, and nobody honestly can, so patch-test on the inner forearm for two days first.

Is this suitable for rosacea-prone skin?

It was formulated without fragrance or fragrance allergens, which are among the common triggers. That is a statement about the formula, not a promise about your skin. Patch-test first, and check the INCI list on this page against anything you already know you react to.

What is the red algae extract?

Hydrolyzed Rhodophyceae Extract. We'll be straight with you: the evidence behind it is laboratory and supplier data, not a clinical trial on this formula. We include it as a hydrating component and do not claim more.

Can I use it with your serum and moisturiser?

Yes — it is designed as the last of the three. Note that the serum and moisturiser both contain fragrance. If fragrance is your issue, use this cream on its own.

Why is it the cheapest of the three?

Fewer ingredients and a simpler formulation. It is not a lesser product; it is a shorter one, on purpose — and at 42% organic origin it is the highest of our three.

What is your return policy?

Thirty days from delivery. Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing — we would rather say that plainly than call it hassle-free and let you discover otherwise at the post office. Sealed products that have been opened are exempt for hygiene reasons, which is standard for cosmetics. EU customers also have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on top of this; the full terms are in our refund policy.
