BIDENS PILOSA EXTRACT

Common questions
Is this suitable for sensitive skin?
The full INCI list is on this page, all of it. This moisturiser contains Parfum, plus the declared allergens geraniol, citronellol, linalool and citral, and geranium flower oil. If fragrance is your trigger, don't buy this one — buy the Overnight Cream, which has none of those. Patch-test either.
Do I need the serum as well?
No. This moisturiser contains Bidens Pilosa on its own. The serum delivers the same extract in a lighter, more concentrated form — together they are step one and step two of the routine, but either works alone.
Is this heavy enough for dry skin, or too heavy for oily?
It sits in the middle. The plant butters give it substance, the aloe base keeps it from feeling occlusive. For very dry skin, layer the Overnight Cream on top at night.
Why aloe instead of water?
Because the base is most of what is in any moisturiser, and we would rather that part did something. It also costs more, which is the honest reason most brands use water.
What does COSMOS NATURAL certified mean?
It means someone independent checked, not that we said so. ECOCERT Greenlife audits the formula against the COSMOS standard: where the ingredients come from, how they're processed, and what's permitted in the formula at all. For this moisturiser that audit came back at 99% natural origin and 23% organic. The certificate is held by Selfnamed, who manufacture our formulas.
What is your return policy?
Thirty days from delivery. Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing — we would rather say that plainly than call it hassle-free and let you discover otherwise at the post office. Sealed products that have been opened are exempt for hygiene reasons, which is standard for cosmetics.
